1、火鍋丸子放入沸水鍋中煮三分鐘,焯水后稍微放涼再用清水沖一下;.
2、花豆干提前十個(gè)小時(shí)用清水泡軟,一般晚上睡覺(jué)前泡就可以,放入沸水鍋中煮五分鐘;
3、脆豆腐放清水中浸泡十分鐘,切成小塊,放沸水鍋中焯水一分鐘;
4、土豆去皮,切成塊或厚條均可;
5、熱油鍋,放入八角和花椒以及干紅辣椒爆香,我這里偷懶,用十三香和辣椒仔替代的;
6、放入番茄醬翻炒一下,用番茄,炒出紅油;
7、調(diào)入生抽、老抽、蠔油,稍微翻炒一下;
8、加入適量的清水和半勺白胡椒粉,大火燒煮;
9、依次加入花豆干、火鍋丸子、脆豆腐、土豆塊,蓋上鍋蓋,大火煮沸轉(zhuǎn)中火燜煮;
10、煮十分鐘即可,出鍋前調(diào)入適量的食鹽,簡(jiǎn)單又好吃的家常版的火鍋丸子亂燉就做好了,開(kāi)吃。
